1) Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website or purchasing from Aurora Premium Hair Extensions (“Aurora,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2) Who Can Use the Site

3) Our Platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products. Your use of the site is also subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and policies.

Product details, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit purchases per person, household, or order and may discontinue products at any time. Displayed colors and images can vary by device and may not be exact.

We may cancel or refuse any order (for example, suspected fraud or reseller activity). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. We aren’t responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier, but we’ll help where we reasonably can.
